This policy explains how Electro Wonder Pvt. Ltd. (“Electro Wonder”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use Purvion services, including our mobile application and related website. It is intended to describe our practices clearly for users and Google Play.

Information we collect

Depending on the features you use and the information you choose to provide, we may collect:

Account information: name, email address, phone number, account role (such as customer or service provider), and authentication identifiers. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we do not receive or store your account password in our application database.

Profile information: location, biography, profile photo URL, and saved addresses if you add them to your profile.

Service and booking information: selected service, booking date and time, booking status and price, customer and provider identifiers and contact details, service address, and notes you provide for a booking.

Messages to us: information and contact details you include when you email or otherwise contact us.

We do not use this website's code to request access to your device's contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location. We do not intentionally collect those device data through the website. If a separately distributed app requests a device permission for a feature, the app should explain that request when it is made; the permission and data practices must be reviewed against that app's actual release build.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, provide and coordinate requested services and bookings, let customers and providers communicate about a booking, maintain profiles, provide customer support, protect accounts and services, and meet legal obligations. We use information only for these purposes or other purposes explained to you when the information is collected.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to support account authentication and store application records. Google processes information on our behalf under its service terms and privacy practices.

When needed to fulfil a booking, relevant booking details, such as the service, date and time, address, notes, and contact details, may be made available to the customer, assigned provider, and authorized service administrators. We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect users and the service, or complete a business transfer. We do not share information with third parties for their independent advertising.

Security

We use Firebase authentication and access controls intended to limit access to account and booking records to the account holder and authorized personnel. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account and related bookings, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by record and purpose.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable period. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute or protect the service; we will explain any applicable limitation. Deleting the app from your device does not by itself delete your account or information.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate steps.

International processing

Our service providers may process information on servers located outside your state or country. Where this occurs, we rely on the applicable service-provider safeguards and take steps required by applicable law.

Third-party services and links

Our services may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Google's information about Firebase is available in the Firebase Privacy and Security information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will provide additional notice where required.
